Apto continues our focus to Free the Broker by building tools for brokers by brokers. Prospect & Nurture is the newest addition (phase one launched in August 2017) to the Apto family of tools and has the ability for users to;

  • Easily contact the right people at the right time.
  • Look smart and boost your reputation as a market expert.
  • Prospect faster so you can win new business in less time.
  • Gain deeper insight into your market by visualizing your data on a map.
  • Turn location-driven observations into action with smarter call lists.
  • Prospect better with visual tools to analyze and act on market data.  

NOTE: In order to use Prospect & Nurture you must be on version 5.6 or newer of Apto. To check what version you are on;

  • Have your System Admin log into Apto > click on Setup
  • In the Quick Find box > type Installed Packages
  • Click Installed Packages
  • To the right of the Commercial Real Estate Package note the Version Number
